A decade of aging this balsamic vinegar by transferring the vinegar between a succession of high quality oak barrels produces a rich, intense flavor. Aromatic port fragrance with hints of orange and fig flavors. Drizzle over your food to delight your senses.
Cask 25 Balsamic Vinegar – Wow!! Aged 25 years using the Solerna method in Modena Italy, this is one of the finest balsamic vinegars in the world. Rich and assertive, it is deep chestnut brown with classic balsamic taste and a touch of sweetness. You’ll note hints of port and madeira undertones.
