Flavor Descriptions

Basil Olive Oil – This delightful oil is made by crushing together basil and olives making a flavorful oil perfect for pastas, salads, poultry, vegetables and just about everything in between.

Basil Infused Olive Oil – Made by mixing Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil with the oil of basil, resulting in an intense flavor yet smooth oil.   Drizzle over a home-grown beefsteak tomato with a dash of sea salt and you’ll find yourself making it a meal.

Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil – Looking for an olive oil with a sweet succulent flavor?  This oil will dance on your tongue.  Made by mixing extra virgin Arbequina, Arbosano and Koroneiki olive oil with distilled oil from blood oranges.  It is fabulous in salad dressings and on steamed vegetables or fish.

Garlic Olive Oil – A staple in every chef’s kitchen, this oil is made by sending garlic through the mill with the olives.  It is great tossed on salads, as a sandwich spread, for dipping and marinades.   Baste beef or poultry with this oil and sprinkle with a fine sea salt and some freshly ground pepper and you’ll be amazed how wonderful of a chef you are.

Garlic Infused Olive Oil – This oil has an amazing garlic flavor made by mixing extra virgin olive oil with oil distilled from garlic.  With an intense flavor it adds the perfect hint of garlic to meats, vegetables, poultry and dips.

Habanero Olive Oil – Only for the bold at heart.  This oil is made by pressing Habanero peppers with ripe olives resulting in an oil that is hot enough for Habanero fans, but not too hot to drizzle over fish, chicken, pasta or Mexican dishes.  Mix with a raspberry balsamic and you will be amazed and the sweet hot flavor you have created.

Jalapeno Olive Oil – This warm and delicious oil is made naturally by crushing fresh Jalapeno peppers and olives together.  Drizzle it over grilled vegetables and meats or add a splash to soups and dishes, either way you’ll fall in love with this one – just like we did.

Figueroa Farms Lemon Olive Oil – Fresh lemons and olives grown in the same orchard are milled together to produce a delicate yet outstanding flavor.  It is a favorite on chicken, fish and salads.  Very rare, so you may be disappointed the next time you stop in and realize we are out of it.

Figueroa Farms Rosemary Olive Oil – The folks at Figueroa Farms outdid themselves on this ones.  Fresh rosemary is crushed together with only the finest and freshest olives to make one of the finest olive oils in the world.  Over fresh vegetables, as a compliment to a fine balsamic in a salad dressing, the possibilities are endless.

Lemon Infused Olive Oil – Made by mixing extra virgin olive oil with oil distilled from lemon peel, this oil is our best seller and great on chicken, salads and anytime you want the natural flavor of the olive and lemon together.
